Why you should attend.
Five days of presentations and discussions inspiring you to unlock the quieter talent in your business.
WITHOUT – all the “normal stuff”.
2-3 online presentations a day and the opportunity to discuss the ideas with other professionals.
Ideas so you get more from your quieter team members. The ones who don’t always shout loudly enough to get noticed, so you can get more from your WHOLE team, both as individuals and as a team.
Do you ever wonder what the quieter team-members are thinking when they don’t throw their opinion in? How could you unlock exactly all the things they’re capable of? What if there’s an easily-filled gap in your team’s performance, right under your nose?
This event will give you ideas to put into immediate action.
