Most introverts I’ve surveyed tell me they are not fully productive, because of the way they’re led/ managed and the culture in the company they work for. So, statistically speaking, a third of your workforce are not fully productive due to an ignorance of introversion.

That’s where this site comes in. It has hundreds of articles of different aspects of leadership, running meetings, setting strategy and managing people – all with introverts in mind. However I’m not saying do things differently for introverts! Scroll past the quick ads to read more.
